DAY 25 with no vicodin!!!

Hey everyone I have not posted in a while but this is an update.....day 25 with no vicodin......and for those just reading I quit cold turkey!! I feel great!! sleeping normal again and all my w/d symptoms have been long gone!! I am proof this can be done.....

I would say by day 10 I was really back to normal.....day 1-3 I had diarrhea,cold sweats and severe insomnia and restless leg,also your normal body aches and fatigue. On day 5 I started to turn the corner I think day 3-5 were the worst because of the insomnia and restless leg....I now do not have any symptoms at all.....i have been taking b-12 everyday a few times a day and also drinking lots of coffee.....just something to help with a little energy......what day are you on?

could you tell me how long it took you to peak out on wd/  what were some of your wd symptoms.  thanks, jyv   Joyce
