What to do?

hello. Im new at this but I feel as it could help me help others. My question is when you dont have anyone to talk to personally about things or sittuations in you life who do you go to? I find myself always holding things back because i dont know who or how to tell people without others knowing. For example: I f i tell my aunt something I know my grandma will find out. Because i can never realy trust that who im talking to ( having one on one) will stay between us. I would like to beable to express myself and thats why i need someone that can help me the best of their ability.
