7 days...

Not gonna lie this is hard.
it's 8am I've been up since 7am laying in bed not knowing  what to do with myself since I never saw this time of day unless I was just going to sleep before.  This is crazy.  I'm thinking  this is what normal people do right? They goto bed at 12 and wake up at 7-8am? I have only slept 5 hours though as I'm used to getting 10.  Sleep is my biggest trigger believe  it or not.  I still take .5 milligram  of Xanax to sleep at night.  Staying away from high does but if I had no sleep I become delusional  and that's not ok. Just giving an update still clean just ready2befree!

Thanks

I was a little different. I started going to bed about 2 or 3 and waking at 6. I did that once I was able to sleep. Now, I go to bed at 1am and get up at about 10. But, it took a while to get that much sleep. For a while, I stayed up all night and all day. That was torture. And yes, that will drive one mad. So, even a little is better than none. Careful with the xanax. It can be very tempting to use more than prescribed because you want sleep. But please avoid that. Keep us posted!

Yes this happened to me too. Was weird getting use to it. I still stay up until 1-2am because my sleeps still not great. But I'm up at 7am too until I sleep again that night. Your body and mind will adjust soon. Congrats on 7 days man!! Very awesome!!
