70 days on a rollercoaster ride

hello all, today is 70 days for me ya! and its pretty nice not worrying about my next pill!  still lots of ups and downs. seems like ill feel fine for 2 or 3 days then ill feel really down for a day. is this a common thing?

Congrats on 70 days you are well on your way. When I was at 70-80 days I felt the same way you are, but this will pass. I am and I feel pretty good. luarel is right you need to get aftercare to deal with all the mental stuff as it makes a great difference.

70 days is really great, I'm at 31 and have no ideanwhat is in store for me when I get to 70, but heck or high water I'm getting there. Your an inspiration.

CONGRATS on your 70 days :) well done !!!!!!

I would think so... it really takes some time, it was that way with me ... exercise, a healthy diet really helps and for the mental stuff, aftercare is also a must... things are much easier this way :)
