Hi there ! Was wondering how you're feeling now with another day under your belt ? Stay strong ! Jimmy
Good for you - you have the right attitude FOR SURE! You should be very proud . . . keep it up; it should start getting better with each hour that passes. Good luck!
oh yeah, for sure! the lack of cravings will come and go for most people. for me, i was over it on day three or four.
great job working at 78 hours! that's great....just keep moving forward....you can do it!
That's good to hear. So hopefully late tomorrow I should be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. What's so amazing to me, is the lack of cravings. I guess since I'd hit Rock bottom, I just knew it was time. And the proud feeling of making it this far, would far outweigh a craving anyway!
@inneed88. I'm taking vitamins, drinking tons of water. A blood pressure medicine, an adovan every once in a while, as needed. And ambien for sleep. I've been on gabapentin for 10 years for nerve damage, so that's helping with the twitches. I just want it to be next week haha. I know it'll be here before I know it. And I'll be so proud!!
Great attitude!! If you are feeling better then I would say the worst is over.
I hope so anyway. Keep up the great work.Lots of people wish they had 78 hours awesome!! :)
it took me about 96 hours to get over the "slump" that i was in from the first day on.
Its hard to say, everyone is different and each detox is different. Your almost there though. Are you taking any vitamins or anything to help?
