LIsten to your body. When I was withdrawling from heroin I slept on and off for 2 days straight. I stunk so bad from sweating and not having the energy to get out of bed. But by day 5 I was like a new person and 90% of the wd symptoms were gone. It does get easier as time goes by. Try taking a multi vitamin or Magnesium, Omega 3's and B12. They will help with your energy level. Best of luck to you
I am a restless sleeper at night and then during the day it's like I cannot control staying awake!
"Your body doesn't know which way is up". LOL, is that an understatement or what. :))
I work alone and laid my head on my desk a few times to just doze for a moment and would wake up with drool on my desk calendar!
Alot of talk about not being able to sleep, but that usually means at night for more than a few hours. I would eat dinner and because my energy level was so low after forcing myself to work, I would drop at a hat as soon as I sat down, sitting at my desk, take a break in my car, etc. Take what sleep you can get. Your body needs it.
for most, yes! Especially in the first few days! Your body doesnt know which way is up right now! You will eventually get back to normal. Just be patient!
I was in and out of sleep almost constantly for the first six days, and then unable to sleep more than five hours from days six to fourteen or so. Then basically back to normal.
Yes! For the first day all I wanted to do was sleep. Although what sleep I got was restless due to the anxiety, restless legs/arms, etc.
