Hey guys.. Today is day 5 off of Trams altogether- I know that it'll take some time to get my sleep pattern back, but I'm so worn out during the day, but up the entire night!
I could be dead tired around 9pm, to the point to where I can't even hold my eyes open, I fall asleep and wake back up around 1am wide awake! Then, I'm lucky to go back to bed.. If I DO go back to bed, it's like around 5-6am and I can only sleep an hour anyway because I have to get the kids up for school at 7am!
I've always been nocturnal to begin with, and I'm not sure if that's got anything to do with this or not as well?
I've tried Melatonin- doesn't even make me sleepy one bit (I'm even taking 3mg at night); I've tried Valerian root, ya right.. doesn't work either; I've tried the 5-HTP which also helps release the Melatonin in the brain, but it doesn't work either.. If I take the 5-HTP, I'm mentally tired, but my body wants to jump around! Grrrrrrrrrr
I still have a little bit of the RLS (including my arms) and it's so weird, because it eventually goes away, but not until around 5am or so.. I wish I knew why I can be so sleep during the day, but never at night.. always been a huge ordeal with me!
I've tried over-the-counter sleep aids, everything you can think of, nothing works..
Any suggestions??
