Just did my first SMART meeting!

I just went to my first meeting!  it was an online SMART meeting.  what a great way to start the day.  I like it that its like a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach, which I have went to that kind of therapy before for my anxiety disorders and my panic disorder.  I guess i'm officially on the road now....lol.  I still want to get some person to person contact tho.  I think the more things I do the better til I figure out what works for me.  addiction counseling is next on my list.

Good for you. Your doing great. For me I have to have the personal interaction of AA/NA but what ever works. I'm very proud of you for trying different things you obviously have the only 1 thing you have to have - willingness. Keep up the good work!!!

Have you thought of some new daily routines to entice you out of your room? Going to meetings would be one and then try to think of something you like that involves exercise...

Watch the sugar/carb intake...I'll warn you now! lol
