Mylanta may relieve anxiety in your colon, but I have never heard of it being an anti-anxiety med. But who knows? kween is right about calcium, magnesium can help too.

I have never heard this, but I know calcium is.  I take about 2000 mg b4 bed just in case.  I take it throughout the day too if I have extreme anxiety b/c I am trying to stop taking pills.
