Day 18----Hurray

My question for the day is this ---- If I feel so good after day 18 why did I take these durugs for 2-3 years?  I took a tezaperm (SP) last night and I got several hours sleep...about 7 to be exact....I actually fell asleep before i took any thing only to wake up in an hour or so...same pattern as had been occuring.  But I then took a pill (i hate how that sounds) and I slept........ Today I felt signifigantly less anxious than previous days.

It's 8 pm and i feel good.......this has been a long haul and with the support of this board I have made it this far...thanks to all of you for your support and kind words of encouragement.....

Day 18 that is great.. I was walking my dogs a lot to deal with the anxiety :) Keep looking forward.. lesa

If you mean temazepam, which is the generic name for Restoril, then please be advised that it is a benzo. And addictive. Use in moderation, please.

congrats on day 18 that is a huge accomplishment and takes alot of will power, glad to hear you are doing well. keep up the good work, you can help so many by being a strong person and a good example. I hope every day gets better and better. sleep seems to always be my biggest hang up but a sleeping pill regulated every now and then i guess can be helpful.
