Any Help on Tapering?

I am currently 10 wks preg, taking tramadol. My first appt is in two weeks, but I want to start the taper now. I was at 13 a day, and have been at 12 for 4 days now. Im not sure how often I taper, and how much. Ystrdy, I tried 11..and in the evening I gave in and took the 12th. I woke this morn at 430 with legg cramps from hell....maybe due to pregnancy, mybe due to one less tram. I have been having thoughts of flushing them all so that I cant give in. But I know this is harmful. I hate trams. They are evil, and I want to be done. I need a tapering shedule that can last me til sept 2nd when I see my doc :(

Don't try a full pill a day to taper, it's too much. Most doctors say about 1/4 every 3-4 days or whats comfortable.  I got off ultram after using for a few years in a liilt over a month. My highest amt taken was 5 pills. Best to u, u can do it , as long as u really want to. I have weaned off of enough since I hurt myself and think I might be ok with no narcotic. I will try to listen to my body and I see it happening. Each time it has taken about a month and I put it on my calendar and fing it very motivating. If you took off too much one day, just go back to where you were and start again and don't let it bring you down.
