Day 9 Detox

I am happy to say I have had nothing for 9 days now.  My energy is off and on.  I did not sleep at all the night before last but I slept last night about 5 hours.  I am up and ready for the day at 2 am....lol!  I feel so good though that I do not think about the pills as much.  I still do a couple times a day but the want to take one is slowly dying.  Coffee has been a Godsend.  Anyways so far so good and today I think I can really say I am feeling like this was a great decision and I finally feel like me again!  Foggy and still trying to get all of me back but I can really feel myself coming back :)

Day 9.....YAY!! This was the turning point day for me. I actually experienced what is referred to as a "pink cloud" on day 9. Let this great day give you the inspiration and confidence to keep these days adding up. Whenever you get those nagging cravings go for a drive, exercise, put on some music etc. Your well on your way :))
