Back Pain Help
I have seen a couple of posts about people with back trouble and what they can do about the problem.Here is a sight that I go to that helps me as I have so much back trouble that it drives me crazy. I really don't know is we are suppose to put another sight on here but if we are here you go,the place is spinehealth.com. Thanks for the info! It's so hard to try to get off of the pain pills when you really do have chronic pain and need relief for it. That's my big problem -- I have a lot of chronic pain - back, joints, migraines -- and need relief. The pain pills make it more manageable, but unfortunately I also use the pain as an excuse to use the overuse the pills for my depression and anxiety...
