HI .....well the good news is your withdrawals sound mild as for a time line its usually a 4 to 5 day deal with the pills but thats the physical part the energy crash and sleep can take a wile to come back a lot depends on how long you where on and if only since july thats not to bad expect to recover slowly its normal you where on some strong meds but a month is being realistic keep posting for support we all want to see you get well good luck and God bless.....Gnarly
Congratulations. I'm so proud of you!!!! You give me hope. I'm still not off of my Vic's but will try desperately to taper for the next week. I have been exercising a lot. Trying to get ready for the big day and scared as hell. Everyones body is different so hopefully you are almost in the clear. Drink lots of fluids. Hang in there! We can do this!!!
Thanks for posting!
Sounds like you have alot going on, the drugs that you are taking are highly addictive so be careful
Thanks guys! I feel pretty good right now except for a nagging pain in my ankle (guess I was on it too much today). I'm finally tired too, just to make sure I fall asleep & take care (hopefully) of the pain I took a Advil PM, just one. I hope it works, I really want to sleep soundly. I snapped a lil today, but quickly caught myself :) I really think everything is going to work out fine!
Gag595 I'm not on anything but Advil or Tylenol now. Took my last opiate painkiller 11am this past Monday (Labor Day). It has been 82 1/2 hours since my last pill! I'm done with that crap, I don't want to worry about getting sick etc.. I will deal with the pain accordingly thru PT and OTC meds such as Tylenol or Advil :)
Wow good job :) I'm happy for you.
Still going strong! Just thought I would check in 96 hours 43 mins, tomorrow I will just count them as days! 8-)
