No need to repeat what vicki said either..Ha!
Also walk, walk and walk if you can..Push!
However, One thing I did when I first came clean and I got real bad aches and pains and so forth. I would go and lay under a Big Heating Blanket. This would be like a Heating pad, but all over. I know it is hot, but try it if you can.
Your best bet is Time and Patience and doing all those things mentioned above!! Wishing you the Best. Just hang on, you will get to the other side soon!
Bless
Vickie
Laying around made me sore and irritable so I had to force walks in. I made myself sweat as much as possible, u felt like I was forcing out the toxins in my body and the showers made me feel like I was washing it all away afterwards. Congratulations on day 5, just keep fighting it does get better I promise (31 days). I can't promise you won't feel exhausted on day 31 but I can tell you that you will be able to go out and do something all day without feeling like you need that quick fix. Praying for you

The rls is better today but these chills come by about 3 times a minute! I have been trying to not think about the time! Just trying to occupy my mind with other things watch movies laugh read books write walk anything to pass time. Anything but lay around! I just can't it makes it worse!
The rlsmade me want to scream and cry. The showers help but mostly I just kept trying to say.... okay this ***** but the only way to get off Tramadol is to go through these for a period of time.....so every minute I make it through is one more minute closer to freedom. It helps to know the rls will stop even if you don't know for you exactly when
no need to repeat what vicki595 stated ... best wishes
Hi there- There are several things you can do for the RLS: increase your liquid intake with Gatorade. This contains minerals that you need. Also, get some vitamins and minerals containing magnesium, calcium, potassium. There's a product called Hyland's Restful Legs that works great for RLS. You can get it at Walmart, Walgreens,CVS...
Take some long soaks in a hot bath with Epsom salt added. The magnesium in the salt is absorbed and relieves the restlessness right away. Use about a cup per bath. The point is, you need to replace all the lost minerals, like potassium and sodium and magnesium, and you'll feel better.
I had to go force short walks then take a hot shower. Hate the sneezing, I had a bad taste in my mouth and the smells of everything just didn't settle right with me. All that settled down at the end of the second week
