Yeah, thinking back i can't tell u how much getting out in the fresh air and sunshine helped. Not only did it help my physical self, but my mood, which was starting to turn dark. Your almost there so nooo turning back now! I also found putting my earbuds in and listening to happy, upbeat, anthem type music helped me to stay on task with my goal, and when i needed a break from my own head the music helped! But, my life needs to follow a soundtrack, lol, thats how i am! How are u feeling today?? Any better?

I believe b/c of the amount you were using 4 days ain't gonna cut it. It's going to be a few more days of physical w/d and then some mental w/d after that. Are you taking the vitamins and minerals on the Thomas Taper plan that can be found on this website? Hot epsom salt baths help alot. Rest and time are really the keys. High protein foods, amino acids, potassium (bananas), things like this b/c your probably not eating very well, so you need to put these vitamins and minerals back in your body.
