WAS FEELING PRETTY GOOD TODAY BUT WHEN I GOT OFF OF WORK ANXIETY AND VOMITING HIT ME LIKE A TON OF BRICKS..IS THAT NORMAL? I KNOW THIS IS A LONG PROCESS BUT PLZ PLZ PLZ GIVE ME SOME ADVICE AND INSIGHT ON HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TIL I'M NORMAL AGAIN...I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF THOUGH

Hey mama, try taking Dramamine.  I agree with Sara. Doesn't sound like the vomiting is from WD. I wonder if your vomiting because of the panic attacks. Our emotions and mind can force our bodies to do flip flops.
I really hope your stating hydrated. You need electrolytes. Dehydration can make everything worse.
Hang in there girl, it will get better. I'm day 35 and notice the depression has lifted.

NO FLU..I HAD THE POOPS AND WAS VOMITING ON DAYS 2-5 BUT THOUGHT FOR THE MOST PART THE PHYSICAL PART WAS OVER,UNTIL IT HIT ME THIS AFTERNOON...AS FAR AS THE MENTAL PART ANXIETY HAS BEEN ROUGH ON ME.AND IT'S NOT SO MUCH LIKE ANXIETY/CRAVINGS IT'S FULL BLOWN PANICK ATTACKS BUT FROM WHAT I HAVE BEEN TOLD IT'S BECAUSE MY BRAIN IS TRYING TO RETURN TO PRE-OPIATE ADDICTION MODE!!! THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY...PLEASE HELP IF U CAN

Congrats on 9 days clean!!!  I wouldnt think the vomiting would be from the wd's.  Do you maybe have the flu?  Hang in there, you are doing great!!   sara
