WD from ? Norcos? Valium? Klonapin? Which is it????

Been taking Norcos for almost 20yrs after accident... Last couple of years going through a lot of stress, have been also taking klonapins and valium.. I was taking 6=8 or more norcos.. I am now wondering if I am not just going through withdrawal from the norcos... I am down to 2 and a half norcos a day.. What I am wondering is if this horrible withdrawal is not just from the norcos... Maybe from the valium and klonapins.. feeling like on LSD/Speed..

Do no stop benzos c/t.. There are two drugs u can actually die from due to withdrawl and they are benzos and alcohol.. If you are still on the benzos and are having flu like symptoms then that is prob from tapering off narcos...

please do not stop the benzos cold turkey , this is not a good idea
