DOWN TO THREE TRAMADOL TODAY!!!!

I am down to three tramadol today. I can't believe it at all. I think I am going to say that I am a little proud of myself. I usually am not the boasting type, but it feels good to say that. I am keeping the faith that I can stay as good as I am today. But one day at a time.

Wow!! That is great...16 days. I hope I can do that. I am on cymbalta, so that helps me out too. I have been on that for a long time.
Sometimes anti- depressets take awhile to get into your system.

yeah that happen im 16 days clean today from them the first two weaks stunk sooo bad then i went to work and it seemed like after that im fine its weird i also took some addvice some ex ultram addicts gave me and got put on anti depres cause the ultram makes ur sarotonin lvls wack so that prolly makes me feel beter too but im not really sure if its workin yet

Yes, the slower the better.  I had to go cold turkey because if I have pills I can't control myself, I just keep taking them.  Good Job for having the self control.

Ya, I have been tapering down from about 15 pills a day. Doc says the slow way is the best. So far so good!!!

I assume that you are tapering and doing well.  That is great!  Keep us posted and let us know how you are doing.  It is good to feel proud of yourself, it will help you to keep going.
