dont let fear in that will make the anxiety much worse. please try to remain calm as possible. just take each minute as it comes. step by step, you will do fine. you tapered and have been preparing mentally for quite sometime. think postive. tell yourself the physical withdrawal only really last a few days.
I also got magnesium and 5htp. So anxious and scared but I wont let the fear hold me back any longer!
