Can somebody please direct me to the Thomas Recipe?

I found this "Thomas recipe" on a different site, and I have copies of it, but I just want to see if what I have is the original one, since I am inferring through my reading that this was the site it was first posted on.... When I do a search it just sends me back to the same page with comments on Thomas and his recipe, but no copy of the recipe itself.  Sounds like a cool guy.

Sigh. I'm lousy at these forums, chatrooms, social networking, all the things that are the rage now. I guess I need to spend an entire day or a week figuring out how they work.

I went to home, the closest thing I found to "health pages" was "health topics", and there were categories: Tags, drugs, medical glossary and health videos. Don't even know if I was in the right place. But thanks for trying! I appreciate it.
