Day ten and getting so much better since I got the Vitamins.....Melatonin...a GOD must have created that I finally slept 7 hours last night str8......yeehaw. still sweaty and chills though....this to shall pass..

Skippy, Wow, you have come such a long way, I have been cheering for you the whole time, & I never doubted nor ever once thought you wouldnt make it. Its a scary thing, withdrawls, & never forget what you went thru or accomplished, as many of us do forget, its kinda like when a woman has a baby, the labor pains are horrible, but after she gives birth she forgets all about the pain & trama she endured, that is till she gives birth a second time, then it all comes back like it never left. So remember what you went thru, & give yourself a hand, as you deserve it, as many dont make it & I think you will. Take Care Penelope

You are doing great...keep up the vitamins and get your sleep...it is important to stay healthy so you will keep moving forward..I am kinda old ..lol...and get sick easily...so I am gonna pump up on my vitamins a little more...stay positive and stay well

I cannot wait until I can say day 10...Hey, we take our last dose 1 week from today!!!  Whoo-Hoo!      (I might look back on this & be like wtf! lol)
The sweats and chills are miserable...try epsom salts dear and let us know how you feel..We are SO proud of you.
My mother is so supportive, but knows nothing about drugs....She has a battle with alcohol unfortunately.  She is functioning and fabulous!  I love my mom!  Now if my dad were still living...I am not sure if I would be in this situation,  Then again, with my beliefs I have to disagree with myself..lol..this is meant to be...we are all meant to be here right now.  One day, I feel confidant that this path will lead us somewhere better than we can imagine.

my family still has a hard time accepting im an addict cause i come from a family that has never touched a drug and don't even drink. your right, talking to people on here that understand is a god send. one thing i have noticed on here is that most addicts are the most caring people there are cause we know the pain of addiction. i respect the fact you have stayed strong and keep fighting.

Thankt you for caring and posting back this forum is a god send for me...my family doesn't believe in N/a or stuff like that..they believe if we can't help you then you're on your own simple minded humans....

congrats on day 10, wow, time is flying quick and you sound so much better now. glad to hear you finally got some sleep as i think it will really start to get a lot better for you soon, your doing great. keep posting
