Day 11 Sleeping Problem

I am 11 days clean and have to say I feel pretty good. There are really two problems I am having. I can't fall asleep pretty much at all without melatonin or a glass of wine. The other problem is my motivation. I am exercising and eating right. Just having problems with wanting to get up and go. Any ideas? I am taking vitamins and drinking lots of gatorade and water

Based on my own past experience, they have over the counter sleeping aids, like Unisom, they claim not to be habit forming like Ambien, but be careful with any sleeping aids, Maybe only take a few and dump the rest. I remember sleep would come and go for 2 weeks when i was getting clean. I took tylenol PN which helped only on nights where i really needed to sleep..

Maltonin may be ure safest route - all natural

It sounds as if you are doing all the necessary things to regain your pre pill self. I know you hate to hear this, but time is all you need now. 11 days are such an accomplishment, your doing GREAT!  Try hot baths at night, sleepytime tea, keep the exercise up in the day, Get a massage early evening if you can. Just know this will pass. Promise.
