I'm new to the computer into 3 day Acute withdraw with racing thought for last 20 hours I coming back, wow that was scary I'm SORRY everyone I'm new to computer and all the things I had to do became overwhelming typing trying to put things in order, it seems the more I tried the worse it got.. Then when I listed all the things wrong with me in my journal it hit me like a ton of bricks I have never seen it all written down like that together,OVERWHELMED my self scared my self  If you have read my Journals by beginning with the thought that Thursday was the last day of Doc it would make sense I hope! I seen all the e-mails and em crying I'm so new to the computer it didn"t enter my mind till recently. to check,I feel so bad for all the trouble I have caused it's making me sicker. I would not be doing what I'm doing if were not for all of you wonderful caring people you have helped me to realize although I have lousy health with a lot of pain I want to be clean and live with that pain. I want to live!!Please find it in your hearts to forgive me. I have never experienced confusion during ct that severe.
I know I did not have a stroke so please rest assured my lucidity is returning.
I'm coming off norco 240 a month and 90 soma a month I have been a Drug addict for over thirty years I physically feel HORROBLE but my spirit is what I'm fighting for now Please again I'm so sorry I have missed you guys more then you could know trying to reach out but not being able to make sense is probably the scariest thing that ever happened to me  I did taper so I'm not as physical spazed as I guess I could be But it is still bad!!!! It was my mind that spazed it caught me by surprise and the more I tried the worse it got again I'm sorry

Glad confused got you posting...it is very good to vent and everyone here understands...lots of support here...emotions overwhelmed me at first without my handy problem blockers/narcs...just pop a tab abd problems disappear   not reality tho...glad u r posting and moving forward

Day 3 is hugh!!!  Be so proud of yourself...Try not to be so hard on yourself...We have all done things we are not proud of, but u are starting your new clean life....

Glad you posted, i was thinking about you and wondering how you were! You haven't caused any trouble what-so-ever so dont let it get to you.
