Day 17 off Norco and Day off Oxy

Anyone still remember m? wanted to let you all know I am still doing ok. I am just taking 2 advil at nite to sleep about 3 or 4 hours. Still can't do more than a few hours of yardwork around the house then I need a hot shower and some vitamins. I started losing about 6 pounds and I have some protein mix and starting a diet to lose the 30 pounds I gained from doing script drugs in the last 2-1/2  years. I could barely button my belt in the end. This almost reminds me of kicking methadone back in the late 70's. It's almost as tough. I am still having the anxiety attacks but I know in about 30 days I will just about be over it. At last that's my outlook. Day 2 and 3 were the worst. If anyone new reads this just remember you can beat your addictions if you listen to the experience of others on here. I did and I'm glad.

Great job! I am proud.  Coming off oxycodone is wicked and hard on your body.  Congrats! Keep up the awesome hard work!
