Trams are synthetic, like the methadone I was taking, and they have an anti depressant agent as well. You have to decide what to do, but when I was running low on methadone, I would do a fast taper, so the transition into withdrawal was not so intense. I would taper down with what I had left and it did seem to make a difference. Trams aren't as strong as methadone, but the anti depressant withdrawal can be very intense. Let us know what you decide and we'll keep you company through this. Congrats on your progress and realizing pills are evil. Keep us posted.
Hi there. First off, a big pat on the back for making it from 30 pills a day down to 3! What a big achievement. We can't give specific tapering advice on here, but it sounds like whatever you have been doing is working pretty well. I would say just jump, but your history of seizures concerns me. Are you doing this with the help of your doctor? That would probably be best, but if that isn't possible, slow and steady is the best way to go. Congratulations on putting in the hard work to reclaim your life. Keep it up and take care of yourself.
