WOW... No Restless legs last night at all.. I actually slept 5 straight hours.. I took 3 at 8pm and another 3 at 12am...

Thanks I will take a look at the PAWs.. Hopefully the worst is over but I still got 1 more day off from work.. I am going to do it this time... It will feel like a weigh lifted off my shoulders..I also got Hylans Restful legs so hopefully that will help..
Thanks for the encouragement... I already take green tea extract 3 times a day...I will definetly try the bath and lemon water..
For me day 3 was the worse physically. I began to feel like I had waken up out of a fog. I was coming off of 15-20 loratabs/percs a day plus just about any other pill I could get my hands on.Everybody is different though.Technically after 5 days you are considered chemical free or at least thats what I was told in treatment. Look up Post acute withdrawls or PAWs it will help you understand what is to come down the road.Also, from time to time the first few weeks I would catch a feeling every once and a while like I was high. It freaked me out.My doctor said that most recovering opiate addicts go threw it and its just your brain chemistry trying to regulate itself. He said it was just a free be.LOL
OH! One more thing--lemon water will help flush your toxins as well as green tea--and this is a tip from my mom, shes a holistic expert-when you take a hot bath, scrub your body down with a DRY body brush or loofah-it exfoliates off the dead skin cells, then use epsom salts in your bath to draw out the toxins. You should sweat it out in the bath more effectively that way.
Hi there. I'm gonna comment, but I don't have the answers you want. I can tell ya this though-I just stopped cold turkey off 15 vics EVERY DAY(for a lonng time)..so, I can relate to what your going through.
You sound very strong and determined! I know my butt wouldn't be dragged to any gym in the first week of withdrawl. (That's my hardest problem right now, physical movement--it makes me kindof dizzy).
From what I read here, I think it starts to settle down by day 4 or 5? But with the excersize your doing, it should speed things up, I'm told.
Basically, I just wanted to say hello and reinforce the fact that your not alone in this. Your gonna make it! And you sound like a great dad!! Do this for you though too, ok?

I was able to go to the gym twice today.. Yreah I have thought about getting them cause i used to take them after the gym but enough is enought.. I must do it for my kids...
I just got back from the gym again... I pushed through a high rep 45 min shoulder workout.... Could the worst be over??
Mayne 2 more days of W/D..Going to the gym is good for you if you have the energy. After a week or so it's the mental demons, and possible depression..Take plenty of vitamians, and soak in long Hot baths. It helped me..56 days clean of Oxys and Somas..Good Luck and Keep Posting
