Day 30 for me!!!!!!
Day 30, clean C/T off Vic's. For those out there, doubting whether it's possible to get clean, well, it is possible.

i'm sleeping GREAT without anything...last night, i slept without any meds at 10:30 and woke up feelin well rested and yes RLS gone too...
I think i may have some older posts and it was right around my 1-2 weeks, i had the WORST RLS...i even bought some RLS meds OTC that didn't do anything. taking walks helped; didn't have much energy to run, but felt a lot better after walking. by the 3rd week, you should feel a lot better; you'll notice, each day, it gets better...so, hang in there!!!

i had the same problem and always felt anxious...i had a muscle relaxer, Cyclobenzaprine (non-addictive and no opiotes)...knocked me out every time i took a few. helped with the pain and sleep; not sure if you're still dealing with any pain or not and i'm not a doc by any means, but that seemed to do the trick for me.

How are you sleeping now and is the RLS gone? I'm 13 days and still struggling with these two issues.
I have tried different OTC sleep remedies and none seem to be working. I fall right to sleep but wake up about 30 minutes later and toss and turn a lot.
Yeah, sleep will take a little while; try OTC sleep aids...worked for me. the worst part for me was the RLS..
I am feeling better today, still not much sleep but my appetite is back full force. I have been eating all day!! I hadn't eaten much more than applesause for the first 3 days.
thanks DogLover. From my own experience, day 2-3 were the toughest, so day 4, way to go. Toughest part should be over...congrats!
