Yes I did, but I was asking about Tramadol for pain as well as WD. I have been working really hard at the gym and with PT and am feeling better chronic pain wise. The other times I have tried to stop the Norco the nerve pain came back with a vengeance. This time is different as I feel the neck pain and back pain has subsided to a manageable level. I am taking Lyrica at night (nerve inhibitor) which has been great! As you know, the WD's are nasty and I have had this bottle of Tramadol lying around for months. I took ONE yesterday and it really helped subside the headache and chills. After reading more posts today it seems that day 5 is a turning point for a lot of people. Tomorrow will be day 5 and the longest I have been off of Norco for 14 months. I by NO MEANS plan to begin taking the Tramadol, I just need to function with the kids through these WD's. I really feel like I am doing great. Strong in mind.....
welcome back ,
