Well it is day 4 end . It has been especially difficult without a computer to get to the board for support.  Not ez on a blackberry. Up all night last restless. Sucked. I still am having a hard time believing things will be joyful again.  I will keep watching and posting

You've done the hard part.  Just hang in there.  Yes, you absolutely will feel better.  Its probably not going to feel like you're at Disneyland for the next week but you will feel better.  The reward is NOT looking into that pill bottle and wonder how you are going to make it with the pills you have left.  And you have Ambien, you are golden.  A little sleep here and there then back to fighting the beast.  The reward is that you get your life back.  And blackberries suck in general.  My Storm is history.

Awwww hun, it really does get better. If it were easy then we would all be doing it all the time. It is hard for a reason. Don't forget how miserable you felt yesterday, because you can have it all again.

And.....going forward, are you planning to do any aftercare?

I hope I am over the hump!  I have taken more baths that I can count, I do have ambien to help sleep. Although still get littlE sleep. I have had an ongoing headache that I cannot get rid of. - am guessing thAt is normal.  This is so hard. And my dose was considered low.  Hydro 5 mg about 5 times a day.   I love the words of encouragement

Good luck to you! You will be happy again but it does take time! I still have my good and bad days but it has only been 9 days without pills!!
