Day 40- Methadone Detox

Yes!! I am so happy to be here at day 40! It has been a long, hard process but so worth it. The aches are still around, especially my lower back. And I still feel sluggish but trying to stay active. My legs feel better today but feel it in my arms more. But I'm hopeful and I got only a couple more weeks and I'll be 2 months free from Methadone!  If you want it bad enough you can do it!  Thank you all for your support and tips.

41 days... Way to Go!!! You're doing fantastic.
On my bad days, I want to give up. It's posts like this that keep me going. I drop to 10mg tomorrow and rather than being nervous, I'm getting excited! And that's all thanks to everyone on here that are battling and defeating this poison.
So thank you for continuing to post your experience. Love your positivity too :))))

Thanks everyone! Day 41 today and I'm feeling well. I can feel the restlessness slowly leaving my arms and legs. I'm becoming less sluggish and depressed. Only thing really bothering me like said is my lower back. Can't wait to be at 60 days!!

Hey Dude your doing great  methadone is a monster to kick  by 60 days your usually threw the worst of it there is always one or 2 symptoms that persist just remember baby steps this stuff is very cyclic so it is not uncommon to have a bad day here and there you will get past it keep posting for support when I went threw it the support was great good luck and God bless............Gnarly
