Day 5 has started!

I have aches but I think I did a little to much. Besides that its up and down with cravings,emotions and energy. I am hoping this gets better. We will be nearing the point where I always use because of the mental part of it. At 7-14 days I always cave in cuz I tell myself my body is clean and I can only take 1 at a time again. To be fair I say 5 days because I only used Hydrocodon or Oxy Codone. On sunday I took 5 MG of methadone and then Monday 2.5 Tuesday I took one half of a Tramadol and Today the other half. (the smaller MG Tramdol) I did this to ween off of taking 10 5 mg oxycodone a day. I felt aweful Sunday and Monday but each day has seen some improvemnt. Hopefully I will fall asleep before 12AM. Last night I fell asleep at 1AM but slept all the way until 730 unlike the previous nights.

I actually think its not that bad, Day one was rough so was day two last night was solid sleep just falling asleep was tough. I am yawning now so we shall c how tonight goes.

a friend of mine was going through very strong withdrawals from Oxy 10mg he was taking 12-15 a day his doctor gave him ambien, he weaned himself off oxy's with the help of ambien he has no sleeping problems and has been off oxy's 16 months now. maybe you should ask your doctor for some sleep meds.

I will try that but the problem is I have always had sleeping problems.

good job.  have you tried melatonin for sleep.  i took it a couple times and it helped some...it made me sleep but i would still wake up some...keep being strong, you will turn the corner soon...real soon hopefully....
