Hi..I am proud of you for wanting to stop this madness before it got way out of control..Right there shows so much Strength and being Wise.
This Disease does not just happen over night, but it does not take to much time for one to get the Brain wiring all mixed and tangled..(sort of speaking).
I think, due to the time you have been on it, that you will bounce back quickly.
The best thing to do is to Drink LOTS of water and other electrolyte drinks to flush this out. Plus the Epsom salt has Magnesium in it and that helps draw out the poisons. Just make sure you eat good, take in some good vit/min and get out in the sun and do some sort of exercising.
I wish you the best.

You have found your way here which means you want to quit. Good for you on taking the jump.  Also, huge kudos for flushing what you had left...no need to prolong your withdraws.  With that said, stay strong and you can get thru this.  You will feel like crap, but you will survive and come out a stronger person.  Please take Kyle's advice and cut your sources...you really don't want to go thru this again!  Best of luck!

Your detox will not be fun...I think, based on personal experience, that if you use a lot for over a couple of weeks, the physical detox will be hell. As tommytom said, honesty is the best way to approach this. No reason to gloss things over. Now, having said that, you'll be surprised how quickly it passes.
The only thing I can add is, if you have a source, you'll relapse (my opinion). Your head will lie to you - tell you that you learned a lesson and thus will not make the same mistake; that you can use per the script, etc., etc. If you listen to the little voice, you'll be back here. All the best.

Hopefully because you weren't taking them for a long time they won't last too terrible long, but they might be awful because of the amount that you were taking. There is a link for the Thomas Recipe at the bottom of the page and I found everything on there really helped ease most of the issues I had. As long as YOU really WANT to get through it YOU CAN!!

I'm a realist. That said, it's going to suck. Bad. But you can get through it if you're committed to getting clean. Nothing great comes easy. I'm 9 days clean today. Had a nasty norco/perc habit. But at the end of the day I want to be clean more than I want to be high. With that in mind, I'm ok with not being ok for a little while. Stick around. The support here is amazing. Good luck.
