Well you talk to us just fine. Just think of those other people you need to talk to, think of them as addicts just like you, just like us. They are not better or worse than you just the same as you. Try that and see if it works

So much of this is a time thing Jimmy......We really get a lesson in patience dont we? This feeling will go away. I thought once i went thru wd's i would be back to normal and feeling just peachy but it doesnt work that way. Takes awhile to retrain our minds and bodies. Keep doing what your doing. This will pass. One of these days you will wake up and that feeling will be gone. Hang in there!! You are doing great and congrats on the clean time!!!!!!!!!! sara
I take the Lexapro everyday just 10 mils. I take the Klonipin as needed and I was taking vicodin . Nice to meet you Jules and welcome ! Jimmy
Hi Jimmy,
Did you have anxiety before the drug addiction?
What do you mean by "Depersonalization"? I dont think you are suppose to take lexapro as needed? this is a med that takes a while to become active, you may want to ask your doctor about the lexapro, the klonipin you can take as needed, thats cool.
You are doing everything perfect, since I am new on this forum, what drugs did you stop taking?
Hang in there, Jules
Glad to hear from you. I too am still dealing with the anxiety and depersonalization.I think about the irreversible damage too. Today I am at 112 days. I just thought I would be perfect by now,but I am far from it. It's good to hear that you are still working out. I hope these awful feelings leave for all of us soon.
