How can you get hooked so quick,
after going through so much to get off the d*** things.My back is out and going to have back injections next tues and had two teeth worked on, I thought I could handle it, but I find myself mean and thinking about the vicoden all the time, so far only using them at night but want more!   I feel worthless and so depressed, I know I will always have back issues and how will I get through them without the pills?? So far since March 17th I have blew it twice because of my back!!! This time I have the want for them!!

Thank you so much for responding to me, I have been so upset and I didn't think any one out there understood me or even cared that I was all messed up again. I am on day one again and hope I can make it until  I have my back injections Tues. But at least today I feel like I will try and will keep on trying even if I slip I will just start day one again.

Unfortunately, once we cross the line from dependence to addiction, it is so easy to get there again.  I have done it time and time again.  When you have real pain and nothing else works...it *****.  The problem is that you are in a catch 22.  Damned if you do and damned if you don't.  I am sorry and hope others will chime in to get you some help.  Just know I understand the dilemma.

I am exactly where you are!!!! I got clean hurt my back again and here I am again!!!!!! I sure wish I had an answer because this ***** bad!!

Tomorrow is day 1 again, and my back is killing me.
Guess in some way we have to learn to live w the pain. Hard because getting through the day at work w pain down your leg(on pain meds) is hard enough.
