Ugh, I was lucky not to have RLS during detox. I did have it in my arms and that was bad enough and I have had it from OTC meds. It is an awful feeling.
Was it Hyland's Restless Legs that you tried?
The lack of energy is hard as well but remember, it will come back. Make sure you are eating as healthy as possible. Maybe add some carnation instant breakfasts to your diet as they are full of vitamins and nutrients.
Your body is healing and you are doing great.
RLS almost made me relapse. If possible, talk to your doctor..there are non addicting meds out there that can really make the difference. I took one that is generic and not too badly priced. If interested message me and I will give you that info. Hang in there.
hope you get some relief soon! i've heard to take an electric blanket and wrap around your legs when you can sit down for a few mins....hope that helps some! just hang in there! day 6 is a great accomplishment!! congrats!!
