Congrats! I'm on day 9. I'm feeling the RLS become less severe each day. While I haven't tried the Restful Legs, I've tried other suggestions. As hard as it is to make myself get up and get moving during the day, it seems to lessen the symptoms for me. Also the warm shower or baths before bed help. A friend of mine who has RLS (not from withdrawals) uses heating pads or an electric blanket. I have read a lot about the Restful Legs and people say it helps them sleep so since you have insomnia you should try it.
its very common. Hang in there. Today i made week 4 clean of percocet. The physical part is easy get ready for the metal part. I am struggling with that now. Day by day things will get better. Hang in there you are doing a great job. God Bless
Hi there- It sounds like the usual withdrawal and should ease up soon. For the RLS try cal/mag tabs and soak in a hot bath with Epsom salt added. It really helps and will feel wonderful. There's also an OTC called Hyland's Restful Legs that you can pick up at Walmart or Walgreens.
Be sure you're eating and getting plenty of fluids. Dehydration is common during detox and will make you feel terrible. Also, try some Alteril for insomnia; it's all natural.
Congrats on 7 days pill free!
