Thanks for all your help every one , dry heaves have stopped and got 2 hours sleep ( I think? ) .
Think I may be through the worst I hope,  going to try to eat something,  its been days.
Thanks again to all of you. I know I'm a lot older. Than most and should have gotten my life together before 35 years of abuse.  I'm so ashamed! !!

.....especially since I am just getting my appetite back and just shoveled down a pile of chinese food, some cheeze doodles,  2 ensures, and a pepsi. My stomach is so bloated I had to unbutton my pants just to sit down.

Yes, eat! My doctor told me plenty of protein was important - building blocks of brain chemistry and all that. I ate nothing for four days. On the fifth day, hunger returned and I ate an entire smoked salmon right out of the package :)

Be proud you're turning it around. The past is what it is, you control the future.

No reason to be ashamed now!  Listen, you need some nourishment!...If it's hard t eat, get some Ensure Plus. You can just drink your meals and it's great stuff!  You'll feel A LOT better if you have something...
