Good morning to all who is up,Just wanted to post to say that today I'm 30 day clean!! I have not been clean in about 21\2 to 3 years. I was counting down to the 30 day mark,because that was a major goal for me,I knew if I could make 30 days and over any humps that was put in my way,I can make it a life time.I want to say Thank You to everyone on the forum that has helped me and listen to all my rants and raves.To all the new ones out there I can say it is a living hell to w\d,but boy it is sure worth it.My advice to all you is to post post post.That as been my life line through all of it.I don't think I would of made it with out you guys!     A very special thank you,Plymouthgirl

Thats is wonderful ,you have come long way in 30 days.  Things will get even better as the 30 days turn into 60 then 90 ............ Keep it up !!!

CONGRATULATIONS.  that 30 day mark is a huge milestone and a truely amazing accomplishment.  and you have achieved it.  you go girl.  it only gets better from here. however do be prepared for the days that seem everything is falling apart.  those days tend to be a trigger for many.  but, knowledge is power, so if you are prepared you can beat it.  keep it up girl, you are taking you life back and doing a dang good job.  dont look back now.  you got this.
