hang in there and congrats on day 1....don t let them cravings get to you...you have to get your mind busy....listen to your fav songs...watch a fav movie...read.... anything physical is good if you just take a short walk ( weather permitting) please read the health pages...lots of good info and stay on this forum...lots of support and post any questions you might have...good luck to you...maria

congrats on day one. I am an addict also and know what you are going through. I would suggest the Thomas recipe which is on this site and also restful legs that is at walgreen's. I hope the w/ds are not so bad but we are all here for you and will support you through the process. Keep posting and let us know how you are doing.
