I eat healthy, but I haven't been eating much since detox. But i DID eat jack in the box tacos twice the other day, weird cravings like being pregnant. (but without 18 years of torture to come)
I'm just trying to push fluids, that's probably my biggest obstacle.
Ronny, you being a health nut is awesome. and listen to you go! You sound pretty dang good!
o.k., that's as many exclamations points as I can do, i'm only on my first cup of coffee....
Ronny you are killing me. Brown rice? Wheat bread? I'm a McDonalds FIEND! I mean, I love me some chicken nuggets. And fries. And a shake. Brown rice?
Gah. I do like sweet potatoes, though....
oh and with the carbs, i wasnt talking about simple carbs(white bread, white rice, pasta) but complex carbs like brown rice, whole wheat breads, oatmeal, wholewheat pastas, sweet potatoes....you can eat white rice and bake potatoes as well, but try and get as many complex carbs in your system as you can, they dont convert to sugars like simple carbs do and they take usually at least 8 hours to digest and the body uses them up as engery not as fat!! :)

hey..congrats on day 6, i too am on day 6.... :)
about the sleep, everyones body is different some doing even get sleep at all...but exactly what flmagi said excercise is key..excercise will help you so much at 20-30 mins a day even if its walks...the l-tyrosine(take at least 1000mgs-2000mgs to start) and b6(50mgs to 100mgs) on an empty stomach when you wake will also help wait 30 mins before eating and taking your other vitamins...all the vitamins will give you some energy back and believe me the excercise is the best possible thing you can do...i started doing cardio 2 days ago and all my wds dissapeared during that time, i even start weight training yesterday and i couldnt even move before because of the restless legs, but i got up and they went away! also eating is soooooo important you cant stay awake without the food your body needs and i mean right now it needs it bad..after drug abuse our body needs to rebuild and needs the building blocks like protiens(tons of tons) chicken, fish and eggs, stay off red meat for 3 weeks(it has chemicals that increase inflammation and pain) affects and also you need alot of carbs to give you energy, even if its hard to eat you gotta find away....raw fruits and veggies, water(no sodas or even soda water for 3 weeks also) stay off sugars for afew weeks also...believe me all this will help you, you wont believe what this can do for you..and if you find its hard to eat or get enough protien then get protien shakes...i take them between meals to add more protien for the day...
if you got any questions like i said before...ask away. if you want some energy and to fix your sleep cycling you have to get your body what it needs and you need to give it the building blocks that our drug habit hasnt enabled it to get...

Sleep problems can be the worst and longest lasting effect of withdrawals. It could take a month (maybe more) to get back into normal sleep patterns, but it will happen. Keeping busy and exercising during the day will help, and get you back on schedule a lot faster. Exercise will benefit your recovery in numerous ways.
Be aware of the problems that lack of sleep can bring, depression being a major one. Try some over the counter sleep aids, like Tylenol PM, they may help at this point. Be careful if you develop depression and it becomes severe or lasts to long. Some people may need an anti-depressant, even for a very short time until their body & brain gets back to normal.
Things will get better, don't get frustrated. Keep up the good work and keep posting.
