thanks for the advice. im glad to hear that.

Its too early for PAWS - Post Acute Withdrawal Syndrome must follow an acute withdrawal. You are still feeling the last withdrawal effects. Sleep is one of the last things to return.........and energy. I liked the amino acid protocol...especially the 5-HTP and SaMe for depression - - - probably saved me an antidepressant. Pamper yourself - - eat well and take care of your body - - and good luck to you!
thanks. i dont really want to have to take anything unless its natural. ill try the amino acids. when i quit my dc gave me klonopin i wouldn take em because im so scared to get dependent on anything. when did things get alot better for u?
Chris:
I also had an addiction to hydrocodone 7.5 mgs. I've been clean 189 days now! YOU CAN DO THIS! I know for me I continued to feel ill for a couple months. I felt depressed as well. It got really bad for me. My doctor put me on Wellbutrin and it helped me a lot. Maybe speak with your doctor to see if there's something that can help you? Also, try the Amino Acid protocol. There are things there that will help with your mood too. Someone told me once they doubted I had PAWS since they didn't think I used long enough, but I had similar problems.
As for sleep, try Melatonin. It naturally occurs in the body but when we take a lot of medications, drugs, etc., we deplete this from our systems. It helped me a ton. I also took Magnesium before bed and I'm telling you it helped me so much!
Good luck! You can make it through this! Way to go!!!!

Janet
