i start suboxene in the morning for an oxycontin altenative what should i expect?

after 9 days on Sub I find myself dependent on it already (waiting for the next dose, counting pills, etc.) ---  It doesn't get me 'high' like the opiates did, but it does give me a warm relief type feeling.  I really don't understand it or myself... I just have to off pills completely, and I'm going to the Dr. tomorrow...

I guess you are not going to a Dr. (If so BAD IDEA)
here we go:
-start 18-24 hrs into WD, you can not take it until you have been in WD for at least 12hrs
(if you take it before it can make things worse, as in intensified WD)
-after the 18 hrs in to WD, take 4mg of Suboxone, if you don't feel better take a little more and wait, and so on
(this is to find out what your best starting dose should be)
-if you have to later in the day repeat (you start with 2 doses a day
(this is to stabilize you and helps fight the cravings)
-then you must work on a plan to taper down to CT
-then aftercare, aftercare, and aftercare (NA)
