I'm happy to say I'm almost one week norco free. It's been an interesting week.. Trying to do what I can to keep the positive vibes flowing. I just want to go back to the days before I ever took a pill. With the wisdom I have now and I would've never started.
My energy level it's still pretty low. I do have a touch of Anxiety and terrible back pain. But I know that well go away. (I hope :)

Congratulations!  Get some of the thermacare heat wraps for your back...you can use a regular heating pad when hanging out but the back wraps are lovely because they help you be mobile AND help with the pain.  For the energy try the sublingual B-12 you can get at Walmart for $4 or so...that's what helps me.

The back pain will be gone soon...the energy...well I will pray that it comes back fast for you :-)

Congrats to you, I don't mean to steal any thunder, massive props to you!  This is my 7th day clean as well....in it to win it!  The pain will subside as time goes on, you got it right, mine has subsided dramatically since day 2/3. Give it a few more days, a few more hot baths, and hopefully you can break free from this vicious cycle we've all gotten into here!
