That is true, natural or synthetic, it is an opiate. But, if you are in pain and need something for pain and you are used to the hardcore stuff, Tylenol 4 barely holds a candle to anything you are used to taking. You will not get the buzz or anything like that. It is weak, very weak. It is opiate, but such a week one it is even further down the schedule.
If it is an opiate of any kind, I would suggest it will affect your being "clean." I was clean from taking norco for almost 6 months with a suboxone program and now that I stopped the suboxone I'm going through w/d from that. Natural or synthetic, I think if the drug reaches your opiate receptors, you will have more trouble.
Take it like directed because you are NEVER going to get the buzz that you are used to. You won't even come close. So, you just take them like it prescribes and you will be fine. Besides, a lot of people are allergic to codeine, that is why they had to make synthetic. So, if you take a bunch to try to get your buzz, you may end up with an allergic reaction....
ya i was taking high amounts of oxy so i dont think it will do anything but i still want to be carefull
It is an opiate but a natural one. It contains Codeine which is derived from the poppy seed. Hydro and percs are synthetic. They are way stronger. You could get addicted but if you are used to the strong stuff, taking this will not give you that feeling.

Yes, it is addictive. What sort of pain are you having?
