FRUSTRATED

i'm sruggling today, and on top of it, as i wrote before, am having trouble with my inbox. i have never done this before, found someone in my situation for support, and am afraid of losing that, today would not be the day, i am definately having a hard time from tapering yesterday. please help!!! when i change the red icon that says blocked to green "unblocked", my computer will no lnger let me send messages, and i don't know if i can receive them. of all days for me to have this happen, i am at my wits end. i am trying desperately to learn, but with body aches, morning sickness, etc. today, this is very frustrating.

Hi Slk!  I sent you a couple of messages & was wondering of you got them, if your inbox is OK now. You sound so much like me, it's funny. I too have had a few problems w/ posting, sending messages, etc...I'm not the sharpest person on a computer. I always have trouble finding people's original posts when I want to look them up for some reason or another. Just wanted to let you know I'm here & to see if you've gotten my messages. I hope your day has gotten better since your last post.

The red circle with a line through it means it is not blocked. All messages are not blocked by default. If anyone of the messages say 'Unblock" click on them to unblock them. Wait a bit and it should go back to the red circle with line through it.

I did the same thing.  keep it at blocked, when you unblock it means you have blocked the person.  go figure?  if you put your pointer on it when its green it say unblock this person.........it's completely *** backwards.

When do you plan to go CT?  I think the tapering just delays the WD but you have to do what is most comfortable to you. Be strong we are all here for you.

I DON'T THINK YOU CHANGE THE RED BLOCK TO GREEN YOU ONLY GHANGE IT IF YOU TO BLOCK IT....THATS JUST TO GIVE YOU THE OPTION, TRY TO CHANGE IT BACK AND SEND IT AGAIN.

I don't know what the deal is with your inbox, but I'm here for you regarding the withdrawl.  I am still in the thick of it at Day 24.  I CAN say that my body aches got significantly better by day 21, the puking and nausea by day 7.  I still have occassional bad headaches, still have bad anxiety and sleeplessness.  The rls is better.  I'm not trying to freak you out by the way.  Just know I relate.  The length of time you'll go through this can vary depending on what you took, what dose, how long you took it, not to mention your own body.  I had a super powerful med at a really high dose and for four yrs.  Keep posting.  Hang in there the best you can.  If you can get into a hot tub, try that.  When you can, eat little bits of food and keep yourself hydrated as best you can.  I couldn't eat for the first week at all, but now I'm starving.
