Fell asleep driving

I have been on my suboxone now for over a year and reduced ( with my docs approval) last week. Well my muscle have hurt so bad it feels like Ive been locked up in a small box for days..and now trying to walk it off. Anyway my question is why am I so dang sleepy?? I was drivin home from work today at 2pm and fell asleep driving. I only worked 5 hours, got a ood night sleep, but I can not keep my eyes open. It really *****. All I want to do is sleep. I am taking vitamins, eating better than normal but feel completely exhuasted. Im usually very hyper and can work 12 hours straight..now I feel like Im 100 years old...Any thoughts on this..suggestions????

I've read caffeine is not good when going through wd's.
B-12 is a good vit for energy. Also what kind of food are you eating?
That could play a big part in it.
There are other's here that know what vitamins help the most.
I'll send pm to one that will be able to help u better than me.
:-).

I know its withdrawals...Im asking if anyone has suggestions about how to get some energy....certain vitamins???? Ive been using on and off for twenty years and never had such severe symptoms of fatigue. If it was just fatigue I could work through it, but falling asleep driving or a a red light seems really severe. Just wanted to know if anyone could suggest something other than caffeine for this....

Not to sound rude. But it is part of wd's. Your body is going through change and is not used to it. I'm at day 34 i think, i am still yawning a lot.
