Forever in debt to you all

Today is day 30 of this wild ride.  With all of your knowledge and support you all got me through to this point.  I am feeling better today then I have in a long time.  The physical part was bad for me but the mental part was torture.  I can honestly say I never had 1 single urge to use anything during this entire process.  I was ready for this.  I have no doubt about my future now, I will never go through this again.  I don't want this to sound like over confidence but more like complete confidence.  I remember every miserable day I went through to get me to this point and those memories will stay with me forever but in a good way.  I can walk around with my head held high knowing what I have been through and overcome and nobody can ever take that away from me.  It's a silent confidence I will carry with me forever.
This place is amazing.  Everyone here has helped me so much.  It started with fear and sickness and everybody helped me with there kind words.  Not to long after that came a fear and depression that seemed hopeless for me and all of you told me it wasn't permanent.  I really don't think I would have gotten to this point without you all.  I feel better every day and remain cautious yet very optimistic about the future.  To everyone starting this life changing process stay on this board and post and read like crazy.  The discomfort is temporary but the rewards are endless. Take you life back one day at a time and before you know it you have weeks.  Thank you all so much.  I am forever in debt to you all....

Congratulations. You sound a lot like me...My detox was a living hell, and as such, was a blessing. I will never go through it again. You have the right idea; use the detox as a constant reminder. You're doing great. On to day 60!

Gunnu thanks my friend.  I follow your story so closely and you are a huge inspiration buddy.

Mike you are so right man.  I knew what I wanted but had no clue how to obtain it.  I gathered strength from alot of people but you in particular. You refused to let me fear the unknown and kept me in the moment.  That was so huge for me.  The eating thing is attacking me as well.  My only cravings are red meat at least 3 times a day and redbull like a champ.  Oh well right?  There are worse things to crave!!

Your determination, commitment, and attitude has brought you to this point today! You came here with a goal but no plan. You developed one really fast and stuck to it man! You have alot of reasons to hold your head high , not least of which,  is that through a complete brain fog, being ful of chemicals, you rose up and fought this inner struggle and have gotten on top of it now. I am proud to watch and i gain strength from someone like yourself! This is a great accomplishment. Stay on guard cuz you never know what can pop up but most importantly stay true to you like you've been doing man and you will see the next 30, 60, etc fly by.

No cravings here either since jump....just a massive food intake the last 3 weeks though...lol love it!!
