Get me off opioids

I need help getting off opioids by myself I have tramadol and benzos to help and Imodium just need help on what else I need to do before I start this process

and clonidine was a miracle drug, but you need an RX. Also, it lowers blood pressure, so you need to keep an eye on that.

water and/or gatorade, exercise as soon as you feel like it. Take it one day at a time. I did use xanax the second time I tried to quit. It seemed to make it a little more rough personally, but if they get you sleep, do what you have to do. Best wishes and don't count your worries before they happen. Hang in There.

I dunno, every one has their opinions of taking benzos for withdrawals......I will when I quit 10mgs methadone cold turkey next tuesday......but only take them for a short time, like a week, bro. Also get a 3in one mineral supplement of megnesium, zinc and Ill get back to you on the 3rd one...get insure and take amino acids and fish oil. good luck peace

trust me comrade dont use benzos to get off smack, its just swapping one mask for another and the benzo rattle is horrendous-try to get hold off some suboxone they are really good if your ready to quit the junk- good luck man, i know i need some
