Cold Turkey

Ok so I need to ask the ago old question of how to get off Roxi.  I was on Methdone and Roxi for Back surgery.  Got off the 60mg Methdone on a slow taper 6 weeks ago and have dropped from 90MG to 45 MG roxi a day basically 15 MG three times a day.  For some reason I have hit a wall and if I try to drop down any I feel like I am going through withdraws.  I am on the Larry Regiment for two weeks but it only helps me sleep.  Any advice would help.  What would a CT from 45MG of Roxi look like?

Hi there! I totally agree with Acting Brand New. It sounds like you have done a really good job with your taper. 45 mgs. is a fairly low dose, so while the withdrawals won't be fun, they will be doable. If you are already feeling symptoms at 45 mgs, then might as well jump off and get it over with. Please stick around here and keep posting. There's a ton of good advice, support, and encouragement. Take care of yourself and keep your head up.

It might be that time just to bite the bullet and deal with the withdrawals. Yeah, they feel pretty bad but they are temporary. I'm thinking you should just get them out the way. Treat it like you got the flu. Withdrawals are inevitable and if you hit the wall with your taper...now is probably the time to handle business.
